The Board of Directors are required to meet once every 2 months. However, we are currently going to meet each month at least up to the month of the Annual Gathering. We agreed at the last meeting to have a "standing" date and time of the Second Tuesday of the Month at 7:00. Each board member should write a brief status of thier current actions and plans 1 week prior to the meeting and thier report should be e-mailed to the entire board. Even if there are no particular issues for that board member, the board member should still send out an acknowledgement that they have no items to discuss. |
