The Board of Directors are required to meet once every 2 months. Each board member should write a brief status of thier current actions and plans 1 week prior to the meeting and thier report should be e-mailed to the entire board. Even if there are no particular issues for that board member, the board member should still send out an acknowledgement that they have no items to discuss.
