   Regarding a specific Event - For Information regarding a specific event, it is best to contact the event host directly.   The host's email and sometimes their phone number is embedded in the event write-up.  If you would like to have the host call you directly, write them and leave them your phone number.

   Regarding your registration infromation - If you have submitted your registration information and have not been contacted by a member of the Wilderness Trekkers either via phone or email, please contact our Member's Coordinator.

   General question about Wilderness Trekkers - If you are considering joining the Wilderness Trekker's organization and have general questions, contact the President, Clark Getz, via email.  If you want to talk to him directly, ask him to call you in your correspondence. 

   Regarding a desire to host or volunteer - If you are considering volunteering either as an event host or co-host, contact the Activites Director, Curt Gashlin.  To volunteer as an event host, please be sure to read through the Event Hosting information.

   Inquiries from another organization - If you are a member or officier of another organization and would like to contact us for information or coordination of events, contact our inter-club coordinator.

   Request for membership lists - If you are an active member of the Wilderness Trekkers and wish to obtain a copy of the membership list, please contact the Membership Director, Ann Marshall.

   Web site input -  If you are an active member and have Wilderness Trekker pertinent information you wish to have posted on the website or have problems obtaining all the content of the website, please contact the Web Manager.  Some content suggestions may require board approvals.  If you are hosting an event and need to make corrections or want to make additions to your event please contact the Web Manager.  I will do my best to give immediate turnaround.

   Regarding the status of your Merchandise - If you have submitted a form for Merchandise and have not heard from anyone in 2 weeks, please contact our Merchandise Manager

   Specific subject questions - Additional correspondence can be made to other Board Members as you deam appropriate.   The WT Board strives to improve and create a better organization, constructive input or safety concerns are welcomed information.
